London Street Outreach Teams

If you are sleeping rough, street outreach teams can give immediate help. This includes accessing emergency accommodation and giving information and advice about other support services eg day centres and health care.

Outreach teams work with all ages and people who have many different types of support need, including alcohol, substance misuse, mental health and physical health issues.

Many teams will work with individuals for as long as it takes for them to move away from "street lifestyles".

There are 13 street outreach teams that each operate in particular London boroughs. If you need help for a rough sleeper, please contact the relevant team:
