Referral Pathway in Sutton

LB Sutton Housing Advice Team do not have exclusive referral rights into all LB Sutton projects, although they can co-ordinate referrals into certain projects, so other agencies can make referrals via them eg Equinox – Sutton Service.

The Housing Advice Team require applicants to have a local connection to LB Sutton if they are making referrals into LB Sutton based projects.

LB Sutton’s Monitoring Officer runs various panels for service providers where potential referrals to services in the borough are discussed. Panels include; young people; care leavers; 16 and 17 year olds; and a resettlement planning group (for single homeless people and those with mental health issues).

A universal referral form is in use.
